Make room for your own observations
Start with a few things you can describe in your own words. You might record the products you used, when you washed your hair, and how you arranged it for a photograph.
There is no need to invent a score. A journal can be a record of your experience without becoming a medical assessment.
Keep the format simple
Create a short structure you can repeat: a date, a photo, a description of your routine, and anything you would like to ask a professional. A routine that is easy to maintain is more useful than an elaborate system you never return to.
Look back with context
Changes in lighting, camera distance, and styling can make two photographs difficult to compare. Keep that context beside the images rather than reading every visual difference as a change in your hair.
What this website saves
Nothing in this preview is a saved journal. Questionnaire answers and selected images stay in browser memory and are cleared when you refresh or leave the page. A future journal would need a secure account and an explicit retention policy.
