Questions
In the demo, you answer a few questions, optionally select a photo, and open a fixed sample report. The sample does not analyze your photo, measure your hair, diagnose a condition, or recommend treatment.
The current demo keeps selected photos in your browser’s memory only. Photos are not uploaded or saved to browser storage. Removing a photo, restarting, refreshing, or closing the page clears it. This website does not add analytics or advertising trackers; the eventual host may keep standard access logs.
There are no paid plans or purchases on this website. Pricing and app availability have not been announced. The demonstration is free to explore and does not request payment details.
No. This demonstration is not a diagnostic tool or medical service. If you are concerned about your hair or scalp, speak with a qualified clinician rather than relying on a sample interface.
No. Answers are intentionally kept in memory, not localStorage. They are preserved when you use Back and Continue, but refreshing the page starts a new session.
Hairlens AI store listings have not been configured. Visit Get the App for the current availability state. We will never send you to another product’s app listing.
The contact page validates your message locally. A delivery service has not been connected, so the page will clearly say that your message has not been sent. A verified support address can be configured before launch.
Where our hair and scalp guides get their facts.
Every HairLens AI guide is general education written by the HairLens AI Editorial team and linked to public health and dermatology sources. Guides explain what an observation can and cannot tell you; they do not diagnose conditions or replace a dermatologist or doctor.
