Hairlens AI
Privacy Policy
This draft describes the behavior of the Hairlens AI website demonstration. It is not an approved policy for a live AI service.
1. Who operates this website
The legal operator, business address, privacy contact, and applicable jurisdiction have not been configured. The owner must supply and review these details before public release. Use the Contact page to see whether a verified support channel has been added.
2. Photos and questionnaire answers
Selected photos and questionnaire answers are held in browser memory only. The application does not transmit them to an analysis service or store them in localStorage. Temporary photo URLs are released when photos are removed or replaced. Restarting, refreshing, or leaving the page clears the demonstration session.
File format, size, signature, and image-decoding checks happen locally. They do not constitute hair analysis, identification, or a medical assessment.
3. Forms and sample conversations
Contact, affiliate, sign-in, sign-up, and recovery forms do not connect to a delivery or authentication service. The page validates entries locally and states that no message was sent or account accessed. Do not enter real passwords into this demo.
Assistant messages receive deterministic local sample responses. The application does not send them to an external model.
4. Cookies, hosting, and third-party links
This application does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or persistence cookies. Fonts and application images are served locally. The eventual deployment host may process ordinary access logs; the owner must identify that host and document its practices before launch.
External research and configured store or social links lead to other services with their own terms and privacy practices. They are not loaded as tracking embeds.
5. Before any live data collection
A production policy must identify the operator, service providers, purposes and legal grounds where relevant, retention periods, security measures, user choices and rights, age requirements, international transfers, and a working contact method. None of those matters should be inferred from this prototype.
